Alberta students join exactly the same live cohorts as everyone else. Every class we run is online, so nothing about the teaching changes with the postal code.
How online classes fit around life in Calgary
There is no commute to weigh. What matters instead is the time-zone offset, so sessions are placed where a Mountain Time evening still lands inside a live class rather than a recording.

Which cohorts run in Calgary
The full online schedule is open to Calgary students, A1 through B2. Test centre availability in Alberta is worth checking before you fix a target date. We do not run a C1 cohort.
Everything else is identical for every student: live instruction, an assessment at the end of every level, and four skills tracked as four separate numbers.
What score do Calgary students need for NCLC 7?
The thresholds are national, not local: 434 reading, 434 listening, 428 writing and 456 speaking on the 0–699 scale. The level that counts is your weakest skill.
